The Design Process
Conversation + Scope
After initial contact, I’ll review your project and provide a brief questionnaire. We can go over other details such as budget, values, vision and timeline. Once we’ve agreed and ironed out the above, a small contract is signed and a 50% deposit is received, your project will begin!
Brainstorm
We’ll begin to pull together a mood board of visual inspiration. The images included should align with your projects aesthetic. These can be colours, images, typography or any related material. Depending on the project type this can also be existing brand material, or even illustration style and feel.
Rough Ideas
Once we’ve gone over the visual material we can begin the rough stage. This is where we can begin sketching out, creating ideas and layouts. We can work together to achieve the correct artwork for the project. If this is a logo, it may be 3-4 rough ideas or what was agreed upon.
Refine
In this stage we can have a conversation about the details of the previous designs, discussing likes/dislikes and providing feedback. This is where we can choose the best solution for the project or try to revisit rough ideas. The rough idea + refining stages work together.
Finalize
Once we've selected a design to move ahead with we can put it into a launch deck to go over the design once more. If it's an illustration I can send a watermarked copy to view at full size. If it's a logo we can view it in real life situations to make sure it all looks great!
Delivery
After we’ve finalized everything and decided on the deliverables we can wrap up the project. You’ll be invoiced and once the remaining balance is received I will send you a download link with the project files. I keep these files stored for 1 year incase anything is misplaced or require other formats.

Q) How much do you charge for your services?
A) Every project is unique! I do small projects and large projects with varying costs.
I will try to help find a solution for you within your budget if possible.
Q) What if I already have a logo idea or existing logo?
A) I can still help! I've helped small businesses give some life to their existing logo.
Q) What do I get with my logo?
A) Depending on your projects needs and budget, you'll receive a variation of files and formats to help easily promote your new logo!
Q) Do you do printing?
A) No I do not print projects myself. Although I do work frequently with the same printer who has never let me down!
